Once we receive your order we will make a layout of your text and/or image and post it in the client order review area of this web site.
We will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order with instructions on how to view your layout and proceed with the approval process. If order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will be notified the following Monday.
IMPORTANT! If you are using a spam filter, please set it to accept mail from @CheapPens.com.
There will be a form on the web page along with your imprint layout which you will need to submit in order to complete the approval and purchase process. We will put your order into production upon receipt of your approval and final order.
Your order will not go into production and your credit card will not be charged until we receive your layout approval.
