Many of the pens are broken in some way: they do not "click" the messages through or do not click at all, which means you are unable to write with them as the pen does not come out. Also, many of the pens have smudged ink from the custom printing, or lines through the logo.

We purchased these message pens as gifts for our patient's. We absolutely love them. The ease of ordering and the excellent communication to fine tune our order was impressive. Thank you!
