The quality is bad. I'd rather pay more and get a better pen next time. I trusted the bic name ;/

The eye catching colors and ability to list all my contact information is a plus. My customers love being given pens with their orders and have used the pens to contact me long after the initial contact.

Quality seemed better in the photo than in actual, but the price was reasonalbe, the response great, and the turnaround timely.

Use every day to take notes. Good little pen. Aesthetically, I might try something else next time (for business purposes). Can be squeaky when clicking on and off.
