I've been using cheappens.com for over four years now. The only thing cheap about them is the cost. The pens are great quality, they are easy to work with, and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend using them.

The pens were horribly manufactured, they barely wrote and they could not be returned because they had already gone into gift bags for a conference being held at my church. I will not be using you all again

We are using the pens and notepads for promotional items to give away at Expos. Great value and quality!

The pens arrived filthy and with scratches all over them, to the point that the personalized info imprinted on the pens was illegible on a lot of the pens. My employee had to spend time to clean each individual pen so as to make them presentable as giveaways. I will not order from here again. I was trying to save a few bucks, and paid for it in the quality of the product.
