I knew the exact pen I wanted to put my company information on (Pilot G2), but wasn't convinced the imprint area would do my logo justice (or if it would even fit). I submitted an order with just my basic company info to be printed (and somewhat of a rush as I had a conference coming up in less than 10 days), but during one of the e-mail exchanges with customer service I made a comment about possibly trying my logo on the next order when there was more time to play with a proof. The customer service agent said send it on, so I did. Within 30 minutes (and a few proofs back and forth), she convinced me the logo would fit, and it would look great.
Once I received the final product (after changing the address to have them shipped directly to the conference hotel), I was quite impressed... it looked great! Special thanks to the customer service team for changing the shipping address at the last minute (even though the order came in earlier than promised!), and spending the time to get me the SWAG pen I REALLY wanted... logo and all!
